Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior STEM Program Development Manager to design, implement, and lead innovative STEM programming for early childhood learners. This role will focus on integrating foundational concepts in science, biology, and chemistry into engaging, developmentally appropriate curricula aligned with our Montessori philosophy.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop STEM curricula for children ages 2–6, incorporating science, biology, and chemistry concepts
Lead program implementation, ensuring alignment with Montessori methods
Train and mentor teaching staff on effective STEM instruction techniques
Continuously assess program effectiveness and optimize curricula based on outcomes
Collaborate with leadership to enhance and expand STEM offerings
Stay up to date with research and trends in early childhood STEM education
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field (Science, Biology, Chemistry, or related discipline) required
Master’s degree in Education, STEM, or a related field preferred
Proven experience in developing STEM programs or educational content
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Passion for early childhood education and inspiring young learners
Preferred Skills:
Experience in teacher training or professional development

Nevada Ready Lead Teacher (Pre-K, Ages 4–5)
Position Type: Full-Time
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nevada Ready Lead Teacher to guide our Pre-K classroom (ages 4–5). This role is ideal for an educator who is passionate about early childhood development, school readiness, and creating a nurturing, engaging learning environment that supports each child’s growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a Pre-K classroom in alignment with Nevada Ready standards and Montessori-inspired practices
Develop and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans that promote kindergarten readiness
Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment
Support children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
Conduct ongoing assessments and maintain accurate student records
Communicate regularly with families regarding student progress and development
Collaborate with staff and administration to maintain program quality
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Early Childhood Education (ECE)
Experience as a Lead Teacher in a Pre-K or similar setting
Strong knowledge of Nevada Ready Pre-K standards and early learning frameworks
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
Strong classroom management and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for working with young children and supporting school readiness
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in Montessori or play-based learning environments
Nevada State teaching credentials or relevant certifications
CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
